Vijay moved to Dubai from West Midlands, UK – where he worked as a Team Manager in the legal industry and spent eight years leading sales advisors and onboarding various projects. 

Since moving to the emirate, Vijay began his real estate journey in our leasing department where he reinforced his interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach. In January 2023, he became the Leasing Trainer at haus & haus.

Vijay prides himself on his excellent organisational skills, open and honest conversations, and professionalism. When it comes to his training and coaching, he likes to share his experiences as a Property Consultant, talk about real-life scenarios, and give high quality training in an engaging manner. Additionally, Vijay is keen to motivate agents, build successful plans, and help them reach both short and long term goals.
