Sarah Verity is a Dubai-based property consultant with global experience and a strategic, client-led approach.

Originally from Sussex in the UK, Sarah has spent over two decades privately buying, selling, refurbishing and remodelling homes, achieving record-breaking results including a property featured on national television. This hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of value, positioning and long-term potential.

Her career began in advertising as a Creative Director, where she developed a strong ability to understand people, anticipate trends and deliver impactful work across luxury, fashion, jewellery, automotive, finance and lifestyle sectors. She later founded an award-winning jewellery brand, building supply chains across India and China and expanding into Japan, Europe and the UK. These experiences strengthened her skills in negotiation, execution and cross-cultural collaboration.

Having lived in Lagos, Mumbai, Jaipur and Hong Kong, Sarah combines a global perspective with local insight. Data-driven and intuitive, she offers a personalised approach aligned with her clients’ goals.

Clients value her integrity, calm confidence and solution-focused guidance. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys long walks, weight training, dark chocolate and time with her dog Maureen.
