Originally from Lebanon and raised between Washington DC and Dubai, Gabriel Karam brings a naturally global perspective to his real estate career.

He first moved to Dubai in 2009 and has witnessed the city’s transformation first-hand, developing a deep appreciation for its communities, culture and long term growth. Although new to real estate, Gabriel brings valuable experience from people-focused industries including advertising, hospitality and consulting. These roles sharpened his communication skills, commercial awareness and ability to deliver thoughtful client experiences.

Fluent in English and French, Gabriel connects easily with clients from diverse backgrounds. He is known for his energy, authenticity and forward-thinking mindset, applying a strategic outlook shaped by his own experience investing in both real estate and financial markets.

Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys fishing, fitness, travel, film, music and food.

One of his proudest personal achievements was catching a 115-kilogram black marlin in Fujairah, an experience that reflects the patience and focus he brings to his professional life.
